THE COURSE

NCAA, YOUTH, AGE GROUP RACES = 375 meter swim / 10k bike (TWO LOOPS) / 2.5k run (ONE LOOP)

NDR (aka EDR) = 750 meter swim / 20k bike (FOUR LOOPS) / 5k run (TWO LOOPS)


The race venue is located inside of the Lake Louisa State Park and it offer an ideal place for a draft legal race. Just a short drive from Orlando, Lake Louisa State Park is noted for its six beautiful lakes, rolling hills, and scenic landscapes. Lake Louisa is the largest in a chain of 13 lakes connected by the Palatlakaha River, which is designated as an Outstanding Florida Waterway.

The entire race course is closed to traffic. The swim takes place from a beach start with an average temperature ranging in the low 70's F. Following the swim, the race will take athletes on a loop bike course on a well paved and fast road. After completing the bike course, athletes will hit the run course.

Spectators will have plenty of areas to cheer on their family and friends throughout this thrilling race!

SPECIAL NOTE: the water temperature during last year's event was 76 degrees. We will be following all USAT wetsuit rules - depending on your race.
